A six-week Bible Study, led by WLW Friend and Christian Life Coach, Marietjie Bonthuys. The study starts on Wednesday, January 6th, 2027 and ends on Wednesday, February 10th, 2027 at 7:30pm - 8:45pm EDT/6:30 p.m. - 7:45 p.m. CDT / 5:30 p.m. - 6:45 p.m. MDT / 4:30 p.m. - 5:45 p.m. PDT via Zoom.
Is it possible for us, in this day and age, to enjoy every day encounters with the Living God?
In this study we will explore a variety of examples, from both the Old Testament and the New Testament, of how individuals and communities encounter God.
We will also use the book of Psalms to consider the importance of brutal honest, authentic and unfiltered communication with Abba Father.
Teaching about various names of God and their individual meaning and significance will be weaved into the course material.
ABOUT THE TEACHER
From a young age Marietjie has been impacted by words and phrases. At crucial moments in her life specific scriptures have provided clear, albeit sometimes unpopular, guidance. She is passionate about studying the Word, connecting Biblical truth to daily life and taking action accordingly. Marietjie is a Certified Christian Life Coach with a background in Family Medicine. Her desire is to help women cultivate a vibrant, authentic relationship with God. She has served in multiple ministry leadership roles, including Women’s Ministry and Prayer Ministry. She is actively involved in intercessory prayer at both local and national levels.
