Return Policy
 
Women Living Well Ministries allows returns for most purchases within 30 days of the shipping date. Items must be in their original, unopened condition, and you must contact customer service first to initiate the return and receive a return authorization and address.

Return Guidelines to Know:

Timeframe:  Items must be shipped back within 30 days of the ship date.

Condition: Products must be unused, in the original packaging, and with tags attached. If a coaching package was bought by mistake and the client has not used any of their coaching sessions nor has scheduled a session to meet with a coach within 3 days a refund can be requested.

Exclusions: Custom/personalized products (such as personalized gifts), digital resources, and seasonal closeouts are non-returnable. 

Custom Orders: Items with custom engraving or personalization often do not accept preferential returns, though faulty or damaged items can be refunded or replaced. Restocking fees may also apply to custom orders.

How to Initiate a Return:

To start the return process, you will need your order number, item number, and the reason for the return.

Email Women Living Well Ministries Customer Support Team at customersupport@womenlivingwellministries.org. Please include your order number, the item number you wish to return, the reason for the return, along with your name and phone number.

The Customer Support Team will review your request and provide the exact return shipping address and instructions.

Return Address: If your return is approved, items should be sent to: Women Living Well Ministries, Inc., Attn: Returns Department, 4100 Carmel Road, Suite B-154, Charlotte, NC 28262.

If your return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, you should notify our customer support team right away.
