Mission
We aspire to help all women to seek and know Jesus, as growing disciples and leaders fulfilling their calling in Christ.
Vision
Assist women everywhere to LIVE WELL as disciples of Jesus Christ and equip aspiring women in the church and women ministry leaders to LEAD WELL fulfilling their calling.
We serve women disciples by:
- Offer biblically sound coaching and teaching that will assist Christian women to fully discover and experience their call and to serve the living God
- Encourage Christian women to dive deeper to grow a more personal, intimate relationship with their Savior, Jesus Christ
- Provide coaching and discipleship resources that will encourage, equip, train, and strengthen their spiritual faith journey
We serve women ministry leaders by:
- Offer leadership coaching and ministry resources that will encourage, equip, train, and strengthen their calling and spiritual gifts to serve well
- Create opportunities for ministry leaders to build up, share, and support one another to have the confidence to walk by faith
- Introduce gifted teachers who will partner with ministry leaders to grow faithful followers of Christ
We serve the Church by:
- Bridge partnerships between men and women as heirs in the body of Christ who love, serve, and share in our Christian faith to build God’s kingdom
- Offer coaching and mentoring assistance with conception, development, and growth of God-honoring Women In Ministry model
- Provide support through coaching, consulting, mentoring, teaching and other resources.
