LEAD stands for Leaders Equipping Aspiring Disciples. Our Leadership Ministry is a biblical teaching ministry designed specifically to equip, develop, renew, and train Women In Ministry leaders to be inspired and fulfill their calling and purpose as God designed.
We know that every ministry leader is not called to go to seminary for further biblical education, or she may lack the resources to attend. Our Leadership Model is composed of Bible studies, workshops, and conferences that YOU to flourish by caring for yourself while serving others. Additionally, we provide coaching, mentoring and training opportunities to further assist YOU while serving within your leadership role.
